Welcome to The Lost Sanctuary. We offer consulting services related to business, finance, education, and self-improvement through one-on-one consultations and videos on various social media platforms. Our goal is to help you become the best version of yourself. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Services Provided
We offer consultations on real estate, money management, education, relationships, career progression, self-care, and other topics as requested. Our consultations are typically conducted in 30-minute intervals via Zoom. Clients may ask any questions they wish during these sessions.
Client Obligations
Clients should come prepared with questions or topics they wish to discuss and clearly communicate their objectives. Recording or photographing consultations is prohibited, but clients may take notes. Unauthorized recording or photography may result in termination of the session.
Fees and Payment Terms
Payment for consultations is required in full at the time of booking. For clients purchasing a bundle of appointments, they will receive codes to redeem for individual sessions. Bundle codes do not expire.
Confidentiality
Neither party will record or photograph the consultation. Information from your initial appointment is stored securely in our CRM. The consultant may take notes for reference and to better assist you in future sessions. Clients have the right to request that no notes be taken during their consultation. Note-taking requests may impact the consultant’s ability to provide ongoing support.
Cancellation
Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made after this period will result in the loss of eligibility for a refund or rescheduling. Cancellations and rescheduling must be done through Acuity Scheduling. When you book your appointment, you will receive an email that will allow you to view or alter your appointment.
Limitation of Liability
Limitation: Our liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Dispute Resolution

Terms of Sale
Services Provided
We offer consultations on various topics, including real estate, money management, education, relationships, career progression, self-care, and other subjects as requested. Consultations are typically conducted in 30-minute intervals via Zoom. During these sessions, clients are welcome to ask any questions they wish. When purchasing a bundle, you are buying codes that can be redeemed for individual sessions.
Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes. Our pricing structure is as follows:
$75 for a single 30-minute session
$300 for a bundle of 5 30-minute sessions
$500 for a bundle of 10 30-minute sessions
Payment Terms
Payment is required in full at the time of booking. We accept payments via Stripe and PayPal. All transactions are securely processed.
Order Processing
Upon processing your payment, you will receive a confirmation email within 1 business day. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at businessthelostsanctuary@gmail.com
Delivery Terms
Once you book an appointment, you will receive an email with a Zoom link almost immediately. At the scheduled time, you may join the meeting using the provided link.
Returns and Refunds
Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Requests made after this period will result in the loss of eligibility for a refund or rescheduling.
